You agree that i.Found shall not be liable to you or to any other party for such termination or suspension. Guarantee and Compensation
- i.Found magazine Sdn.Bhd will guarantee on time delivery of the magazine subscription by the readers that not be delayed, not lost, and no damage. We only will provide our customers a free replacement if the magazine is not in a good condition when receiving by customers.
- The extent of damage to the magazine will be considered as own responsible. Likewise, i.Found magazine will consider the remedies for breach restrictions too. If the magazine is not delivered to customers within 10 days or either the terms are not fulfilled, we will make appropriate compensation.
